In summer the beach at Kizkalesi
comes alive. By mid May, the winter
population of around 9000 has started to
swell and by the end of June it has more
that doubled. During the day it looks as
if most of them are on the beach. In the
evening the cafe's, bars and restaurants
come alive!. Stiing beside the
Mediterranean at sunset with a Raki
and a plate of melon and cheese is hard
to beat. Follow that with a fantastic
fish dinner and you have heaven on a
stick.
